R1910チチテ*テ燃 E S O L U T I O N NO. 1910父 WHEREAS, an easement lies in Lot 10 of Weston Oaks in Section 36, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri as shown as a 17 foot easement in said Lot 10, and as recorded in Plat Book 286, Page 85 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such easement lies has requested permission to construct a wooden deck across a portion of said sewer easement, and examination and survey of such easement and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement, provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 13, 1989.
