WHEREAS, Lawrence V. Barbaglia has faithfully served
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from July 16, 1956 to
his retirement effective January 1, 1990.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as
Bricklayer have contributed extensively to the development and
progress of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and
its people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and
expresses its greatest appreciation to Lawrence Barbaglia for his
33 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be presented to Mr. Barbaglia.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 20, 1989.
