HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1919������*���q E S O L U T I O N NO. 19196r WHEREAS, a storm sewer now in operation lies in an easement in Lot 6 of Werkdale Cove Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on an existing 10' wide easement in said Lot 6 and as recorded in Book 264, Page 71 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of land in which such sewer lies has constructed a wooden deck across a portion of said sewer easement and examination and survey of such sewer and of such wooden deck shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement, provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 20, 1989.
