HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1924Æ ÆÏÏÁÁà *ÔR E S O L U T I O N NO. 1924•ƒ WHEREAS, the Plan of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District provides that the Board shall, by ordinance, prescribe the compensation of all officers and employees of the District, and WHEREAS, the level of compensation can be determined by various factors, including productivity, safety and quality of the work product; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees that: Ì ÌÌÌ1.ÌÌIt is the policy of the Board of Trustees to challenge and support all employees of the District to perform to the full extent of their abilities, to continually strive to improve safety, quality of the work products and productivity of performance, and thereby to establish the District as the most efficient and best managed organization of its kind, and an increasingly desirable and satisfying place to work.ÞJÞ Ì ÌÌÌ2. It is the policy of the Board of Trustees to ÌÌsupport all employees of the District in every way possible to meet the stated challenges.ÞJÞ Ì ÌÌÌ3. It is the policy of the Board of Trustees to ÌÌrecognize and acknowledge increases and improvements in safety, quality of the workÜhÜ products and productivity of performance in setting the compensation for all employees. ÞJÞ 4. It is the policy of the Board of Trustees to Ì ÌÌÌÌÌrequire all employees of the District, in their relationships with each other, with customers, and with Trustees, to practice total integrity and also to encourage them to express "brotherly love © unselfish concern that freely accepts others in loyalty and seeks their good." *ÞJÞ * The material between quotation marks is a definition of agape.
