HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1955������*���q E S O L U T I O N NO. 19556r WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer now in operation lies in an easement in Lot 27 of Briarstone Terrace, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on an "existing 15' wide easement" in said Lot 27, and as recorded in Plat Book 98, Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; and recorded in Deed Book 3962, Page 500 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has requested permission to construct a porch addition across a portion of said sewer easement, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement, provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 3, 1990.
