WHEREAS, the Executive Director has prepared and
submitted to the Board of Trustees a recommendation as to the
District-Wide Stormwater System Maintenance Policy which should be
adopted by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and the
Board has examined said policy recommendation and found it to be
proper for the purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the District-
Wide Stormwater System Maintenance Policy as attached hereto and
made a part hereof is and hereafter shall be the policy of the
District, superseding any prior policy statements which may be
inconsistent herewith.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 8, 1991.
