WHEREAS, an easement in Lot 17 of New Jamestown Place,
in St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown as a 10' easement on the
north line in said Lot 17, and as recorded in Plat Book 278, Page
70 of the St. Louis County Records; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a deck across a portion of
said sewer easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized to license the aforesaid
encroachment on easement, provided that the right of the District
to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified
against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 8, 1991.
