WHEREAS, a public combined sewer now in operation lies
in City Block 1998 N. in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, in a
fifteen foot (15') wide alley; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a canopy across said sewer,
and examination and survey of such sewer and of such canopy shows
that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized to license the aforesaid
encroachment over said combined sewer in City Block 1998 N. in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, in a fifteen foot (15') wide alley,
provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss,
or damage from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 19, 1991.
