WHEREAS, Emanuel L. Stepney has faithfully served the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from March 8, 1965 to his
retirement effective January 1, 1992.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as
Construction Laborer have contributed to the development and
progress of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and
its people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and
expresses its greatest appreciation to Emanuel Stepney for his 26
years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be presented to Mr. Stepney.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 11, 1991.
