WHEREAS, an easement lies in Reserve "A" of Greenwood
Subdivision and U.S. Survey 2037, in Township 45 North, Range 6
East, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown as a 30 foot easement
in said Reserve "A", and as recorded in Plat Book 1357, Page 267
of the St. Louis County Records; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such easement
lies has requested permission to construct a precast concrete
bridge across a portion of said sewer easement, and examination
and survey of such easement and of such construction shows that
the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on easement provided that the right of
the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is
indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such
encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 11, 1992.
