WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District ("District") has recommended to the Board of
Trustees that a certain parcel of real property described as a
tract of land consisting of 4,838.33 square feet located at 9957
Clyde Avenue near the intersection of Broadway and Ripa in an area
of South St. Louis County known as Lemay, (St. Louis County
Locator No. 28G-43-0341) is no longer necessary or useful in the
District's operations and, therefore, should be declared as
surplus real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive
Director of the District, the above-described real property is
hereby determined to be no longer necessary or useful in the
District's operations and is, therefore, declared surplus real
property.
2. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution
No. 2016 of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 11, 1992.
