R2048 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2048 WHEREAS, an easement lies in Lot 52 of Biscayne Heights Plat No. 7 and Section 25, in Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown as a 10 foot north-south easement through said Lot 52, and as recorded in Plat Book 105, Pages 84 and 85 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such easment lies has requested permission to construct a building addition across a portion of said sewer easement, and examination and survey of such esaement and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 29, 1992
