R2056 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2056 WHEREAS, an easement lies in a tract of land in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 5, T.44N., R.4E. and in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 32, T.45N., R.4E., St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown as a 10 foot easement in said tract of land, and as recorded in Deed Book 6986, Page 2346 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such easement lies has requested permission to construct a suspended covered walkway across a portion of said sewer easement, and examination and survey of such easement and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 10, 1992.
