WHEREAS, the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
in need of additional office space to accommodate its increasing
needs; and
WHEREAS, an office building known and numbered 4401
Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri is being sold by absolute
auction on June 25, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees believes that the
aforesaid property would accommodate the needs of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Frank G. Kriz,
Executive Director of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
is hereby authorized to attend said auction and to submit a bid
for, and to purchase the property known and numbered as 4401
Hampton Avenue for a purchase price not to exceed Six Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Frank G. Kriz is hereby
authorized to execute any and all contracts and agreements
necessary to effect the purchase of the aforesaid property as
herein provided.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 10, 1992.
