WHEREAS, a public combined sewer now in operation lies
in City Block 1709B, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct an office
building/helicopter hangar facility across said sewer, and
examination and survey of such sewer and of such office
building/helicopter hangar facility shows that the proposed
encroachment will not damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said combined sewer in City Block
1709B, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; provided that the
District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from
such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 8, 1992.
