WHEREAS, Ms. Deborah Patterson has conscientiously
served on The Metropolitan St. Louis Board of Trustees as a
representative of the City of St. Louis from June, 1988 until
August, 1992; and
WHEREAS, during her tenure, Ms. Patterson made numerous
contributions for the betterment of the District and the residents
it serves, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Patterson's community involvement extends
well beyond her service on the Board of Trustees, as she has
served on many other government and charity boards and
organizations, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Patterson's commitment and dedication to
the community exemplify the contributions a resident can make to
unite and strengthen that community,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that it wishes to
commend Deborah J. Patterson for her service on the Board of
Trustees and to her community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a token of our
appreciation, this Resolution be presented to Ms. Patterson.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 9, 1992.
