WHEREAS, a public combined sewer now in operation lies
in City Block 4848, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has constructed a school building across said sewer, and
examination and survey of such sewer and of such school building
shows that the encroachment will not damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said combined sewer in City Block
4848, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, provided that the
District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from
such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 9, 1992.
