WHEREAS, the United Wastewater Workers Association
membership has not voted on the District's prior offer of all
terms to be included in its Memorandum of Understanding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that if the United
Wastewater Workers Association, in accordance with applicable
provisions of their constitution, rules, bylaws, etc., approves
the District's existing offer of all terms to be included in a
Memorandum of Understanding by September 30, 1992, the changes to
the compensation, shift differential and higher skill provisions
shall become effective on September 21, 1992.
The Board of Trustees will adopt the appropriate
Classification Plan and Compensation Plan ordinances at their next
regularly scheduled meeting.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 17, 1992.
