WHEREAS, Section 3.020(17) of the Plan of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, (herein called the
"District"), a body corporate, municipal corporation, and
political subdivision of the State of Missouri, as adopted by the
voters within the District, provides that it is the duty of any
municipality, other public agency, or private water company
situated within the District, to furnish information to the
District which will assist in calculating the District's rates,
rentals, or other charges for sewer service, and
WHEREAS, the St. Louis County Water Company, (herein
called the "Company"), a private water company situated within the
District, has metered water usage information available for its
residential customers; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, wishes to bill the District's residential
customers on an equitable basis using the Company's metered water
usage information;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the St. Louis
County Water Company is hereby directed to furnish to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District the Company's metered water
usage information for its residential customers in order to assist
the District in calculating its charges for sewer service.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 14, 1992.
