HomeMy Public PortalAboutR2074 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2074 WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees that a certain parcel of real property described as a tract of land consisting of three parcels of land containing a total of 7.92 acres located on the west side of Christopher Road, just south of Telegraph Road, in south St. Louis County (St. Louis County Locator Nos. 35J-61-0051, [District parcels 65A and 65C] and 35J-61-0039 [District parcel 65B]) is no longer necessary or useful in the District's operations and, therefore, should be declared as surplus property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the District, the above-described real property is hereby determined to be no longer necessary or useful in the District's operations and is, therefore, declared surplus real property. 2. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016, adopted September 18, 1991. The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 14, 1992.
