BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, That Karl J. Tyminski be
and is hereby reaffirmed as Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and is hereby empowered to
perform all duties of said office as are consistent with the laws
of the State of Missouri, the Plan of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, and all ordinances and resolutions of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That John Siener be and is
hereby reaffirmed as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and is hereby empowered to
perform all duties of the Secretary-Treasurer during the absence
or disability of the Secretary-Treasurer.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 10, 1993.
