WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer now in operation lies
in Township 45 North, Range 6 East, in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri, and
WHEREAS, Union Electric Company has requested
permission to construct an electric line support structure across
said sewer, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such
support structure shows that the proposed encroachment will not
damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said sanitary sewer in Township 45
North, Range 6 East, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri,
provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss
or damage from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 14, 1993.
