HomeMy Public PortalAboutR2095 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2095 WHEREAS, an easement lies in Lot 2 of Deer Creek Plat One, in Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown as a 15 foot east-west easement along the North line of said Lot 2, and as recorded in Plat Book 278, Pages 13 through 14 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such easement lies has requested permission to construct a wooden deck on concrete piers across a portion of said sewer easement, and examination and survey of such easement and of such construction shows that he proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer in said easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement, provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 12, 1993.
