BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District that Frank G. Kriz,
Executive Director, is hereby authorized to execute for and in
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD), a
public entity established under the laws of the State of Missouri,
an application and to file it with the Missouri State Emergency
Management Agency (SEMA) for the purpose of obtaining certain
Federal/State financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act
(P.L. 93-288, as amended) or otherwise available from the
President's Disaster Relief Fund and the RSMo, Chapter 44.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT Frank G. Kriz, Executive
Director, is authorized to provide to the State Emergency
Management Agency (SEMA) and to the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA), for all matters pertaining to such disaster
assistance, the assurances, application and all other necessary
documentation.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 11, 1993.
