WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to acknowledge and
recognize those District employees who have tirelessly and
unselfishly worked many additional hours and days during the 1993
flood emergency,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That effective June 10, 1993, and until the Executive
Director determines that the 1993 flood emergency has ended, all
exempt employees, except directors after reaching 100 hours of
compensatory time, will be paid additional compensation for flood
related work at an hourly rate determined by dividing their gross
monthly compensation by the number of hours normally recorded as
worked each month.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 11, 1993.
