HomeMy Public PortalAboutR2115 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2115 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, that the District hereby accepts a grant in the amount of Eighty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($88,750.00) from the St. Louis, Jefferson Solid Waste Management District for a comprehensive public information campaign about alternatives to disposing of household hazardous waste, and a one-day collection of household hazardous waste materials at a District facility; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District, upon review of the program, will study implementing more one-day collection events, so that residents of St. Louis City and County may have alternatives of disposing household hazardous wastes other than in solid waste landfills or in the sewer system. The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 17, 1993.
