WHEREAS, the staff of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, in conjunction with Home Builders Association of St.
Louis, Consulting Engineers Council of Missouri, American Society
of Engineers, the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and the St.
Louis County Municipal League, has developed Rules and Regulations
and Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary Sewerage and
Stormwater Drainage Facilities for all sewer and drainage
facilities projects which are intended to be dedicated to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for public operation and
maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District desires to adopt the aforesaid Rules and
Regulations and Engineering Design Requirements for all such
projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, That the Rules and
Regulations and Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary
Sewerage and Stormwater Drainage Facilities as developed by the
District's staff, in conjunction with Home Builders Association of
St. Louis, Consulting Engineers Council of Missouri, American
Society of Engineers, the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and
the St. Louis County Municipal League, which from time to time may
be revised by said staff, are hereby adopted for all sewer and
drainage facilities projects which are intended to be dedicated to
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for public operation and
maintenance.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 14, 1993.
