WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has
established a Stormwater Service Charge to fairly and equitably
allocate the stormwater service costs to all parcels within the
District's boundaries, and
WHEREAS, in order to properly implement and administer
the objectives of said Stormwater Service Charge, certain
properties must be provided the option to receive fee adjustments
due to special considerations, and
WHEREAS, the District staff has developed a Stormwater
Credit Policy based upon the appropriate criteria, and the Board
of Trustees has examined said policy recommendation and found it
to be proper for the purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the District's
Stormwater Credit Policy, as attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby adopted, and hereafter shall be a policy of the
District, superseding any prior policy statements which may be
inconsistent herewith.
