WHEREAS, LaVerne Cannon has faithfully served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from January 23, 1967 to her retirement effective May 1,
1994, and
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Senior
Secretary have contributed to the development and progress of the District and
to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to LaVerne Cannon for her 27 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Ms. Cannon.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 11, 1994.
