R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2136
WHEREAS, an easement lies in Lot 4 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat
of Lots 4 and 6 of Webster Valley in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis
County, Missouri, as shown as an irregular width easement in said Lot 4, and
as recorded in Plat Book 297, Page 47 of the St. Louis County Records; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such easement lies has
requested permission to construct a deck across a portion of said sewer
easement, and examination and survey of such easement and of such construction
shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and
he is hereby authorized to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement
provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and
the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such
encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 11, 1994.
