R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2144
WHEREAS, a public combined sewer now in operation lies in the
former 7th Street, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, said street having been
vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinance No. 62754, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has
requested permission to construct a stadium facility across said sewer, and
examination and survey of such sewer and of such stadium facility shows that
the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment over
said combined sewer in the former 7th Street, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, said street having been vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinance No.
62754, provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss or
damage from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 8, 1994.
