R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2148
WHEREAS, a public storm sewer now in operation lies in an easement
in Lot 17 of Sackston Woods Subdivision in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis
County, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the Trustees of said Sackston Woods Subdivision, wherein
such sewer lies, have requested permission to construct a masonry entrance
monument in a portion of said sewer easement, and examination and survey of
such sewer and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachment will
not damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and
he is hereby authorized to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement,
provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and
the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such
encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 13, 1994.
