R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2150
WHEREAS, public sanitary and storm sewers now in operation lie in
three tracts of land in U.S. Survey 407, T.46N., R.6E. in the City of
Edmundson, St. Louis County, Missouri,
and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewers lie has
requested permission to construct a three story parking garage over said sewers
and examination and survey of such sewers and of such parking garage shows that
the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and
he is hereby authorized to license the aforesaid encroachment over said sewers,
provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage
from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 13, 1994.
