R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2153
WHEREAS, Leroy Smith has faithfully served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from September 5, 1978 to his retirement effective October
1, 1994, and
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Plant
Attendant have contributed to the development and progress of the District and
to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to Leroy Smith for his 16 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Mr. Smith.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 14, 1994.
