HomeMy Public PortalAboutR2163 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2163 WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has advised the Board of Trustees that a certain parcel of real property and improvements thereon known and numbered as 4401 Hampton Avenue in the City of St. Louis, Missouri is not presently being used by the District and there have been several inquiries regarding purchase of the property, and the District may ultimately choose to sell the property rather than to use it, and in order to sell the property the District must first declare the property to be no longer necessary or useful in the District's operations, therefore in order to be in a position to sell the property if an acceptable offer is received by the District, the Executive Director has recommended that the property should be declared surplus property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the District, the above-described real property is hereby determined to be no longer necessary in the District's operations and is, therefore, declared surplus real property. 2. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016, adopted September 18, 1991. The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 8, 1994.
