WHEREAS, Charles M. Deeba served as Chairman of the Board
of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from July
1, 1994 to June 30, 1995, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Deeba's leadership and guidance during his
tenure as Chairman of the Board and as a Board member provided much
assistance to his fellow Board members, the District staff, and the
residents the District serves; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Deeba has untiringly given his time and
expended his energies to the District during his term as Chairman
and throughout his service on the Board; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Deeba's diplomatic skills, as displayed
during his tenure as Chairman, were surpassed only by his concern
and compassion for the residents of the area; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Deeba's many contributions to this community
stretch well beyond his service on the District's Board of
Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board presents this Resolution to Charles M.
Deeba in acknowledgement and appreciation of his leadership as
Chairman of the Board of Trustees during 1995.
Be it further resolved that this Board looks forward to
the continued contributions Mr. Deeba will make as a member of the
Board of Trustees in future years.
