WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
(District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the District that a certain parcel of
District real property within the City of St. Louis, Missouri, located at Lorentz (now known as
Luxemberg) Street and the River des Peres, containing approximately 0.34 acres, and
described as District Site No. 123 (St. Louis City Locator No. CB3282), is no longer
necessary or useful in the District's operations, and therefore, should be declared as surplus
property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the District,
the above-described real property is hereby determined to be no longer necessary or useful in
the District's operations, and is, therefore, hereby declared surplus real property.
2. This declaration is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016, adopted
September 18, 1991.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 13, 1996.
