WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 9921, adopted August 15, 1996, the Board of
Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Subdistrict No. 94105 (Tescord
Drive Sanitary Sewers), and by Resolution No. 2230, adopted October 10, 1996, declared the
necessity of an improvement to be made in said Subdistrict to be paid for by special tax bills
or other evidence of special benefit assessments to be levied ratably by area on land
benefited, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect to said improvement
in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than 10 nor more than thirty
days after the adoption of Resolution No. 2230, to wit: On Tuesday, October 29, 1996, at
the Robert H. Sperreng Middle School, 12111 Tesson Ferry Road, St. Louis, Missouri, at which
hearing all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees hereby finds
and determines that it is in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of
approximately 1,224 lineal feet of 8-inch sewers, be made and further determines to proceed
with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 14, 1996.
