WHEREAS, The City of St. Louis, Missouri and The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District have jointly applied for an Economic Development Administration (EDA) Grant
through the United States Department of Commerce for federal funds for the Blow Street
Pump Station, Consolidation Sewer, Detention Basin (L-02G, 93039G) project, and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Administration has approved a total
grant of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) pursuant to the aforesaid application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the Executive Director is hereby
authorized to accept the Economic Development Administration Grant through the United
States Department of Commerce for federal funds for the Blow Street Pump Station,
Consolidation Sewer, Detention Basin (L-02G, 93039G) project, and to execute all
documents as may be necessary for the acceptance of said grant.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 12, 1997.
