A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances totaling One
Million Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($1,090,400.00) from a certain classification of
expenditure to another within the General Fund to meet the operating needs of the District for
the remainder of the fiscal year 1997-1998.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the sum total of One Million Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($1,090,400.00) is hereby transferred from a certain classification of expenditure to another
within the General Fund to meet the operating needs of the District for the remainder of the
fiscal year 1997-1998, said transfer to be made between accounts and in the amounts as
follows:
