HomeMy Public PortalAboutR2340 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2340 WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District=s Employee
Deferred Compensation Program was recently honored by the National Association of
Government Deferred Compensation Administrators (NAGDCA) for its Outstanding
Achievement in the Field of Government Deferred Compensation Administration, and
WHEREAS, the NAGDCA@S recognition of the District=s Program
specifically noted the effective initial communication, effective on-going communication
and effective political leadership that the District=s Program provides to employees,
and
WHEREAS, District employees have demonstrated their support of this
Program in that 600 employees have enrolled in the voluntary Program with a
combined investment of $10 million, and
WHEREAS, the District=s Employee Deferred Compensation Program
has been ably administered by the Secretary-Treasurer=s Office and the Personnel
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT it
wishes to commend the Secretary-Treasurer=s Office and the Personnel Department
upon their excellent administration of the Employee Deferred Compensation Program
as demonstrated by the award presented to the District for said Program, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT a copy of this resolution be
presented to the employees of the Secretary-Treasurer and Personnel Departments in
recognition of their achievement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 4, 1999.
