WHEREAS, Philip L. Chinnici has faithfully served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from September 30, 1957 to his retirement effective February 1,
2000, and
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Claims
Representative have contributed to the development and progress of the District and to
the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the
citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Philip L.
Chinnici for his 42 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Mr. Chinnici.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 6, 2000.
