WHEREAS, Gloria Marshall has faithfully served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from October 21, 1985 to her retirement effective April 1, 2000,
and
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Secretary have
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the
citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Gloria
Marshall for her 14 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Ms. Marshall.
