A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances
totaling Three Hundred Ninety-one Thousand Dollars ($391,000.00) from a certain
classification of expenditure to another within the General Fund to meet the
operating needs of the District for the remainder of the fiscal year 1999-2000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the sum total of Three
Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Dollars ($391,000.00) is hereby transferred from a
certain classification of expenditure to another within the General Fund to meet
the operating needs of the District for the remainder of the fiscal year 1999-2000,
said transfer to be made between accounts and in the amounts as follows:
