WHEREAS, Alexander Orrock Jr. served the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from July 13, 1971, to his retirement effective March 1, 2002;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a
Construction Laborer II, contributed to the development and progress of the
District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Alexander Orrock Jr. for his 30 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Alexander Orrock Jr.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 27, 2002.
