WHEREAS, Dennis J. Boehle has faithfully served The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District since June 15, 1970 and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Boehle’s tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as
an Emergency Crew Foreman have contributed to the development and
progress of the District and to the public which it serves, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Boehle exhibited exceptional courage and provided
invaluable assistance during the tragic events of March 8, 2002, in which three
District employees were fatally attacked;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, expresses its greatest appreciation to Dennis J.
Boehle for his years of service, and for his invaluable assistance during the
tragic events of March 8, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT a copy of this Resolution be
presented to Mr. Boehle.
The Foregoing Resolution was adopted March 27, 2002.
