WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has
planned the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 91112
(Ozark and Tablerock), and
WHEREAS, the District anticipates that any or all of the
capital expenditures made by the District for the construction of said
sanitary sewers will be reimbursed to the District through the proceeds
of bonds, notes, or lease purchase obligations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT,
That The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District anticipates
capital expenditures after the date of adoption of this Resolution in
connection with the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
91112 (Ozark and Tablerock), and the District intends to reimburse itself
for such capital expenditures through the proceeds of bonds, notes or
lease purchase obligations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the maximum amount of
the aforesaid bonds, notes or lease purchase obligations expected to be
issued is Six Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($695,200.00).
The Foregoing Resolution was adopted May 13, 2002.
