WHEREAS, Arthur Gross, Sr. served the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District from November 6, 1967, to his retirement effective July 1, 2002;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as a Safety
Manager, contributed to the development and progress of the District and to
the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Arthur Gross, Sr. for his 34 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Arthur Gross, Sr.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 26, 2002.
