WHEREAS, Erskine Larry Carpenter served the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from January 4, 1993, to his retirement effective July 1,
2002;
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Director
of Information Systems, contributed to the development and progress of the
District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation
to Erskine Larry Carpenter for his 9 years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Erskine Larry Carpenter.
The Foregoing Resolution was adopted June 26, 2002.
