WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District is presented with numerous ordinances relating to the
appropriation of funds and authorization of contracts for sewer construction
projects, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes that it would be in the public
interest to expedite said sewer construction projects by introducing and
adopting the ordinances for said projects at the same board meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT,
ordinances for the appropriation of funds and authorization of contracts for
sewer construction projects may be introduced and adopted at the same board
meeting with the unanimous consent of all Board members present.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 26, 2002.
